They allowed me to access a room for a few hours without any charge when I wasn't feeling well before leaving for the airport. the breakfast was great with fresh eggs made to order. the hotel's location near the UN is excellent and it offers excellent value compared to other international chains. the beds were comfortable and the staff was delightful.

The breakfast offered a variety of European, American, and Ethiopian dishes, and the chefs were always willing to accommodate special requests. Thursday Jazz Nights at the hotel were a highlight, and the coffee from Ethiopia was exceptional. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a complimentary drink upon arrival and a room upgrade. the location was great as it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. the room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was disturbed by a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. the ventilation seemed to be poor, and it was especially noticeable on the stairwell.
