The database was easy to navigate and had a wide range of information available. the room was wonderful, well laid out for a family, clean, and comfortable. It was a great space for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, making it difficult to use devices efficiently.

The comfortable bures and fun evening activities were a hit with the kids. the slow response to enquiries and lack of evening social activities for adults were slight drawbacks. Despite this, the stunning location, fantastic service, and array of activities ensure we'll be returning.

The staff were exceptional, the rooms cozy, and the ocean view breathtaking. the kids loved the activities, especially the kid's club with cultural experiences and the adventurous hikes. It truly felt like a dream family getaway.

My wife says that families with young children might find walking distances a bit inconvenient.

Get ready for some island food magic at Castaway Island! the buffet spread is fit for kings and queens, with Nikhail whipping up egg-cellent omelettes. Dive into a sea of activities like snorkeling with Messa and sand spit adventures with Captain Si. the friendly staff will make you feel right at home, from scuba adventures to surprise birthday celebrations.

Though the island vibe calls for digital detox, patchy WiFi and delayed drinks can be a buzzkill. Keep an eye out for energetic kiddos taking over the adult pool area.

The staff at this hotel are just so nice, friendly, and helpful; they genuinely love looking after the visitors. the location is stunning, with the beach access being amazing. the rooms are beautiful, and the beds divine. the breakfast is phenomenal, and the chefs go above and beyond to cater to dietary requirements. the snorkeling in front of the resort is an incredible experience on its own!

The food choices could be improved a bit for a more varied dining experience, especially for a 5-star hotel. the stand-up paddleboards could use some replacements as they were a bit worn out.

the exceptional staff made us feel like family. from the warm greetings to the fun Kid's Club activities, every moment was special. snorkeling with turtles, enjoying live entertainment, and savoring delicious traditional Fijian dishes made our holiday unforgettable. not to mention the beautiful beaches and cozy guest room for late checkouts - truly a perfect island getaway.

We had an amazing time on our holiday at the island resort. The location was perfect, right off the beach with stunning views of the clear blue water. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great service from the staff. The breakfast at the main restaurant was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We loved the free snorkel gear, kayak, and catamaran use, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful ocean right down to the ocean. The pools were clean and refreshing, and we spent many relaxing hours by the poolside bar. it was a fantastic holiday with plenty of facilities and room advantages.

The bar food at the poolside was a bit hit or miss in terms of quality.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location is absolutely stunning, with the hotel nestled right above the water, offering breathtaking views. The beach here is one of the nicest I have ever seen at a resort. The service was top-notch, with room service and shops/commercial services available, making everything convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always happy to assist with any requests. I loved the room amenities, from the comfortable beds to the spacious sitting area and the lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious continental breakfast and a great bar/lounge area where I could unwind. The spa and wellness center was a true oasis, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and access to the beach. The massage and beauty treatments were so relaxing, and the staff took great care of me.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
