During my recent transit in San Francisco, I stayed at Chelsea Inn and found the shuttle service to the airport to be extremely convenient. the location of the hotel, just 6 km from Cal 4th & King Street, provided easy access to transportation for continued travel.

The vending machine at the hotel only offered drinks; it would have been helpful to have snacks available as well, particularly when arriving late.

The Chelsea Inn provided a spacious room with a comfy bed and friendly staff. The location offered plenty of nearby places to eat and drink, making it convenient for travelers.

My room backed on to the ice machine and lift, causing some disturbance. there were ants in the bathroom, and I noticed a few in the bed, which was a bit unsettling.

I had a blast trying to connect to the inconsistent wifi while enjoying the beautiful stone walls in the lobby. The vending machine was a lifesaver.

Oh, and who needs a fridge to keep drinks cold or decent water pressure in the shower? Definitely not me.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I arrived early for check-in. They provided me with useful information about nearby cafes and restaurants. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay in this hotel. the location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, the Golden Gate Bridge, and scenic spots. Additionally, the room was clean and beautifully furnished, making for a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience at this hotel. there was no early check-in available, which was inconvenient for my business trip.

The on-site parking lot was convenient and solved our parking problem. The recommended breakfast place was just a 5-minute walk away, and for other destinations, Uber was a reliable option. The room was spacious with comfortable wooden beds. The location was perfect, with easy access to great food and attractions. We felt safe with the key access to the elevator area. a great experience and would definitely recommend.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel. The endless amount of restaurants nearby provided us with plenty of options for fueling our adventures. Additionally, being just a couple of minutes away from the beach was a great perk for us. The staff was also very accommodating, providing us with a quiet room that exceeded our expectations. The comfortable bed ensured we got a great night's sleep before our adventures. We were also grateful for the fridge provided in the room, allowing us to store our snacks and drinks for our excursions. the Chelsea Inn provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay as adventure travelers.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

Always comfortable here. Staff helped with printing on my first visit. Great amenities: Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV. Perfect for me. Coming back for Easter.

I recently stayed at a hotel in San Francisco and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I had one of the best night's sleep in a long time thanks to the comfortable bed and the minimal noise from outside. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and there were plenty of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance.

There was one small aspect that could be improved, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

The hotel is situated in the charming Marina District, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and Fisherman's Wharf. Additionally, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for us to travel around the city.

It was a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the bustling Fisherman's Wharf, another 20 minutes to the charming Ghiradelli Square, and a quick walk to the picturesque Russian Hill. We enjoyed the convenience of exploring these iconic San Francisco spots with our kids, making our family trip truly memorable.

My wife says that it would be great if the inn offered some children's entertainment options, as our kids wished for some activities specifically tailored for them during our stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I called to book until I checked out. The noise at the back of the hotel was a bit bothersome. I could hear the mailman loading their trucks in the early morning, as the Post Office is located nearby.
