The Arctic Treehouse Hotel exceeded our expectations with its stunning views, cozy rooms, and fantastic staff. The complimentary shuttle service and early check-in were much appreciated. The Scandinavian decor and thoughtful touches in the room created a cozy atmosphere. The tree house bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The Raka Restaurant offered delicious dinner choices, and the wild boar dish was outstanding. a truly memorable stay.

The view from the room was stunning, especially waking up to see the Northern Lights right from our bed. the location of the hotel was also perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service that made it convenient to get around the premises without dragging our luggage through the snow.

The room was extremely small and not comfortable enough, especially for taller guests. Taking a shower was a challenge due to the cramped space.

The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the rooms were spacious and well, appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Additionally, the food at the on, site restaurant was delicious and the breakfast spread had a wide variety of options.

One minor drawback was that the water in the rooms could have been hotter, especially after spending a day outside in the freezing temperatures. Additionally, the prices at the restaurant were a bit high for the portion sizes, so be prepared to still feel a bit hungry after your meal.

The welcome was warm, and we got an early check-in. Shuttle service was convenient, the room layout was well-designed, and there were thoughtful touches like a Bluetooth speaker and a Santa Claus book. The view from the room exceeded expectations. A bottle of wine and outdoor fire pit experience was a delightful surprise.

The hotel offered two key features that made our New Year experience unforgettable. the cozy and comfortable accommodation provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the festivities. the warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a log fire, allowed us to unwind and have pre/post dinner drinks. Secondly, the restaurant was a highlight of our stay. the excellent quality of food, beautifully cooked and presented, surpassed our expectations. We especially enjoyed the delightful breakfasts, which offered a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were an absolute delight, adding to the overall positive experience.

Stayed at Arctic Treehouse for a weekend getaway. Amazing service, they accommodated our early check-in request and even left us complimentary Prosecco for my partner's birthday. The staff were incredible, always attentive and friendly. The hotel is new with excellent facilities, including a beautiful restaurant. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage space and have a lovely design. Located close to Santa Park and a short taxi ride to Santa Village. The food at the Rakas restaurant was delicious, we ended up eating there for breakfast and dinner every day. an excellent stay and we will definitely recommend it to others.

The small kitchen facilities were a great addition and allowed us to self-cater. The service was exceptional, with the friendly driver giving us a detailed explanation of the room and facilities. We also appreciated the option to use the toboggans and had a fun time on the small hill. we had an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the restaurant had delicious mains, the dessert fell short of our expectations. Additionally, navigating the icy path from the treehouses to the restaurant was a bit challenging, especially in the morning.
