The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the location of the hotel was not as close to the city as we had expected.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the warm welcome from the concierge and the efficient baggage service. The friendly housekeeping staff and their attention to detail made our stay comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were gorgeous, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The in-house restaurants offered delicious food, and the Club class lounge was worth the extra money. The hotel beds were super comfortable, and the ample luggage space in the bedrooms was appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and even a chocolate fountain that our group, especially the kids, loved!

This hotel is located in a quiet area at the top of a steep hill, providing breathtaking views of the city while being close to the waterfront and shops. The staff here provided me with exemplary service, and the room amenities and in-room dining service were exceptionally good. This place also has a leisure spa and wellness centre, which included a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, rooftop pool, jacuzzi. Additionally, I enjoyed the garden area and sun loungers.

I would highly recommend this venue to all.

This hotel is located in a convenient and central area with a hotel shuttle service that runs up-and-down the hill regularly. They have nearby stops at parks and right outside the ANZ building. The facilities are top-notch with a gourmet breakfast and friendly front desk staff.

The bathrooms need some updating.

The value for money was excellent, and our executive suite upgrade made our stay even better. The location was great, and we loved the courtesy bus to downtown. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The level of detail and thoughtfulness really impressed me. The inclusion of a smartphone in the room with free data and calls was a game changer for me. The Club Lounge was one of the best I've experienced, with great food and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the spa area looked gorgeous, although I didn't have time to try it out. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Auckland for about 2 weeks for a business trip with a bigger group of friends. The location of the hotel was great, away from the centre of the city but still easily accessible. The in-room TV system was a fantastic feature, offering a wide selection of channels and on-demand movies. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious and varied. The room was comfortable and clean, with crisp bedding and plush towels. it was a pleasant stay with great facilities.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very accommodating and even sent up chocolates when they found out it was a special occasion. I had a truly enjoyable stay at Cordis, Auckland. The pool was a refreshing escape and the room service made the rainy night cozy and convenient. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast served by the friendly and attentive waiter Molly. The valet parking was hassle-free and the bed was so comfortable. The lobby and bar area had a classy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and fairly priced accommodations.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The Club room was fabulous, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond, especially since it was my husband's birthday. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were great. Our room in the new tower had a gorgeous view and we were really comfortable during our 4-night stay. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of town with a complementary shuttle service running regularly to the Viaduct area. The transportation options were convenient, with quick access to the airport by Skybus. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were amazing throughout our stay.
