We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, with beautiful views of the pine-park. The bathroom was also impressive, featuring a huge bath-box. We appreciated the extra touches of slippers and bathrobes provided for the spa complex. Additionally, the free access to the fantastic spa facilities was a highlight of our stay. The complex had everything we needed, including jacuzzis, a pool, and saunas. We particularly loved the stunning view of the park from the main hall. The location of this hotel was also perfect, situated in the center of the city and surrounded by a lovely park.

Beautiful castle-like hotel. Combination of old world charm and modern comfort. Convenient corridor between new and old building. Excellent sauna and gym facilities. Great hotel! We loved the location near the waterfalls and the beautiful views from the room. the breakfast selection was amazing, we particularly liked the freshly baked bread and the variety of teas. the spa area was also very relaxing and clean.

The staff could be a little more helpful and attentive. We had some trouble finding our way around the city and would have appreciated some more guidance.
