The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection and high quality food. The room had a comfortable design and a beautiful ocean view. The transparent elevator was a fun feature that showcased the hotel's nice architecture. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, going above and beyond to sort out a private wifi connection. The room was spacious with a large comfy bed and the cleaning was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was varied and served until late on weekends. The hotel bar was warm and inviting. The location was close to ferries, metro, and trams, making it convenient to explore the city. The executive lounge offered great value with breakfast, cocktails, and snacks. The hotel also had a calm sauna and pool area.

The lack of staff at the hotel was evident throughout our stay. the executive lounge, although cozy, was often unattended, resulting in plates and cups piling up and a lack of cleanliness.

Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was well-equipped for our dog. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We will definitely be returning!
