The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the central station and in the heart of the city shopping area. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Smart TV in our room.

The location of Holiday Inn was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently close to many attractions and the brilliant public transport system. I loved being able to explore Helsinki easily. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options and delicious coffee to start the day. The beds were warm and comfortable, ensuring a cozy night's sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredible, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. The hotel itself was beautiful, both inside and out. It had excellent facilities and was in a great location, close to the center of the city but still on a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a perfect experience.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby areas were spacious and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to relax and unwind. Plus, the location of the hotel was superb - it was conveniently situated near the train station, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit various attractions, shops, and restaurants. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

Everything is what i need and want.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, with a superb location close to a convenient supermarket and just steps away from great restaurants and shopping options. Additionally, it is very close to the Finnair bus terminus, making it easily accessible for travelers. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent and there are various facilities available for relaxation.

The only minor inconvenience is the odd wiring of the lights in the rooms, where you can't switch off the main lights and keep only the bedside lamps on.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the main train station and within walking distance to all the important monuments and shopping areas. Parking at the hotel was a bit pricey at 36€ per day, but it was definitely convenient. the staff were polite and helpful, especially Noora at the front desk.

Not the cleanest place, as we found a few hairs in the bathroom and even a mysterious sanitary pad cover under the sink. the carpets in the corridors were also quite dirty.

Great location for sightseeing and transportation, lovely meals with a view, helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast was decent and there were two complementary items offered. the location was great as it was only a short walk away from the railway station and had easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was the convenience of being close to several popular sights to explore during leisure time.

The dirt and uncleanliness in the room was unbearable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to the reception, the situation was not addressed properly.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre was perfect. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything we needed within walking distance. We easily explored different parts of Helsinki using public transport, with friendly locals always ready to help with directions. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the abundance of toiletries in the bathroom. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as slow shower water and limited lighting options, they did not detract from our overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at this place - it was centrally located, right by the train station, which made it easy for us to travel to and from the airport. The staff here were very friendly and attentive, always eager to help us with any requests we had. Our room was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. We especially appreciated the in-room coffee and tea facilities, which made it easy for us to relax and recharge after a busy day of exploring the city.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center, close to the central railway station where we caught the train to the airport. We also liked that there was a really good supermarket just opposite the railway station. Within walking distance, we found many restaurants, shopping areas, and museums to explore. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the train station plaza. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing, with stale bread and cold fried eggs.
