The size of the blanket, which was a bit too small.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy walking access to both the old town and the new town. The room was clean and pleasant, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere as long as the window was closed. The hotel provided a refrigerated snack bar in the room, which was convenient, and there was a grocery store just one block away. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, even when we arrived late at night. They even offered free use of an umbrella and arranged for small take-away breakfasts for us when we had to leave early one morning. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of local delicacies and traditional fare. The double curtains in the room did a great job of blocking out the early morning sun.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near many tourist attractions. It was also reasonably near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was helpful and called a taxi for us, ensuring a smooth departure. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite hot, but a fan was provided to help cool things down.

A Warm Welcome and Great Location

During my recent stay at Hotel Anna, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received. The front desk staff, including Kari, Maire, Helena, and Jert. They promptly answered any questions I had and efficiently took care of all my transportation needs.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates upon arrival. The hotel was ideally situated for exploring the city and we loved being close to all the main sights. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel was showing its age and some areas were in need of renovation. The breakfast selection was relatively limited and the coffee wasn't great.
