We were in Helsinki for business and not tourism, and Hotel Finn provided a safe and secure stay during these times. The hotel's central location was perfect, with the tram stop and metro station nearby. We appreciated the clean and modern rooms, especially the spaciousness of the superior room. The staff were incredibly helpful and even booked taxis for us. Complimentary hot beverages were always available in the lobby, and having a watercooker in the room was a nice touch. a great value for the money!

Had a fantastic stay! the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our new year trip. the bed was so comfortable, had a great night's sleep. the location was spot on, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the city attractions. the fact that we had lockers to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out was a huge plus.

There were a few negatives though. the bedding could have been more comfortable, it was a bit plain.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the city centre near public transport. The staff provide excellent service and are very accommodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and come with a good-sized TV, as well as good internet. Breakfast is included and served every morning, offering great value for money.

Despite a small bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the overall cleanliness of the room. we would recommend Finn for a short stay.

My Xmas stay was amazing! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering free coffee and travel advice. the location was spot-on for exploring the city and getting around on public transport. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary chocolates left in my cozy and clean room.

The street noise from the nearby bars and nightclubs could be disruptive at night, making it a bit challenging to get a good night’s sleep. the elevator was a bit outdated and on the small side, but it added to the charm of the building.

I had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel in Helsinki. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, though tiny, was spotless. I appreciated the warm water and clean towels. Despite the narrow rooms, the hotel's old building had a cozy atmosphere. In terms of location, it couldn't have been better. The hotel was near public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions, including museums, the central station, and the Oodi library. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cleanliness.

The after-hours check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The room was beautifully decorated, with large windows offering a nice street view. It was also warm and cozy, perfect for our winter stay. The hair dryer provided was excellent. Despite the presence of bars and a pub nearby, we didn't experience any noise issues. The hotel offers free coffee at reception, and there are lockers available for luggage storage after check-out.

One aspect that left a lot to be desired was the lack of attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. Despite housekeeping visiting the room regularly, sheets and towels seemed never to be changed, and some areas of the room were dusty and unclean.
