We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the freeway exit which made it easy to get into Grand Rapids downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, especially the beautiful bathroom in our room. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making our check-in process smooth and even helping my sister surprise me for my birthday. We also enjoyed the free breakfast provided, which was a nice added bonus. the hotel met all of our needs and made our stay enjoyable.
