I had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, situated right on the ski hill across the street and just next to the beautiful lake. The view from my room was breathtaking, as I could see the sparkling lake right in front of the window. The service here is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff. They even offer an airport shuttle, making transportation a breeze. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I also loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to others.

We were delighted with the beautiful view of the lake from our room. It would have been even more breathtaking if the blind had been working. Nonetheless, the room itself was comfortable and had its own cooling system, making our stay enjoyable. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the free bike rentals and minigolf at the facility provided us with plenty of entertainment. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with fresh fruit and tasty bread. We also appreciated the 12:00 check out time, allowing us to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for its quality and peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms were decently decorated and clean, and the location was conveniently placed in the town center with easy access to key landmarks. The view from the windows was breathtaking and definitely worth the stay.

The staff wasn't up to the standard that I was anticipating. I had to wait for a long time to be attended to, and when I finally got their attention, they weren't very helpful. The breakfast wasn't much of a highlight either as there were limited options to choose from. However, the worst aspect was the lack of an elevator, which made it difficult to move our luggage around.
