The hotel is in a beautiful area of Tenerife, within easy reach of supermarkets, Los Gigantes harbor, and Playa de la Arena. The spacious rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location near supermarkets made it convenient for us to stock up on groceries. We also found the sea view from our room to be delightful.

Some guests mentioned occasional issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the infrequent cleaning service.

I had the perfect chilled out break at this hotel. the staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to several beaches and there were many great restaurants nearby. the convenience of having a supermarket just a stone's throw away was a huge plus. I also loved having a washing machine in my room, it made packing so much easier.

The only downside of my stay was the swimming pool heating system that was broken. some of the kitchen equipment could use upgrading.

We stayed at this 4-star hotel recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful area of Tenerife. Although it was on a roundabout with intense traffic, it didn't disrupt our stay. The hotel was on a steep hill, but it didn't bother us as we enjoyed the exercise.
