I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The Glass igloos were a once in a lifetime magical experience. The hotel facilities were clean and well-designed. The location in darkness and the snow/ice covering the windows added to the overall ambiance. The staff was friendly and spoken English was superb.

The cabin we stayed in was comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the sauna and the activities we booked, such as the husky safari and ice fishing. the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful.

The communication from the resort was frustrating and not very responsive. It took multiple attempts to get a response to our emails and it was difficult to reach them by phone.

We stayed at a cosy log chalet near the Kakslautanen bus stop, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The service was attentive, with accommodating staff who catered to our food preferences. We enjoyed the diverse dinner options each evening at the main restaurant. The location was surprisingly close to the airport, right across the street, and we appreciated the easy access to transportation.

The taxi passing by and snow clearers at night near the chalets could sometimes disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

The resort offers a variety of accommodation options, including basic chalets, glass igloos, and kelo igloos. The staff is friendly and approachable, and the location provides stunning views of the landscape. The booked activities, such as husky rides and snowmobile aurora hunting, were enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner at the resort were delicious. The igloos in the forest are amazing.

This unique accommodation allowed me to witness something truly special. the remote location provided a perfect opportunity to disconnect from every day life. the breakfast and dinner options were spectacular, leaving me craving more. the complimentary sauna was a relaxing experience after a long day of activities.

The shower was inconveniently located and caused a bit of a hassle. the reception desk was not always available, making it difficult to make quick arrangements or changes.

The glass igloo had a toilet, privacy curtain, and comfortable electric adjustable beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort is large but easy to walk, with free transfers. The food was nice. a unique and enjoyable experience with managed expectations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location in the east village was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The log cabin I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities including a kitchen and sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The value for money was totally worth it, especially for the unique experience of sleeping in the igloo. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by nature and silence. The staff, especially Vincent and the bar staff Giuseppe and Miriam, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
