I recently had a fantastic stay at Lapland Hotels in Helsinki. It was a short staycation for a special occasion, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to everything in the center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a lovely bathroom that included a sauna. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, offering a unique menu with delicious reindeer meat dishes. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding, with high-quality ingredients and a unique presentation. I highly recommend Lapland Hotels for a memorable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered by the friendly and accommodating staff. the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna and private facilities, met our every need. the stylish and comfortable room with its in-room breakfast and special diet menus exceeded our expectations. the hotel's location was perfect; surrounded by beautiful parks and within walking distance of many great restaurants.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center, providing easy access by tram to the central station and down to the harbor. The well-equipped and comfortable rooms have high-quality mattresses, and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The friendly and helpful staff are attentive to guests' needs and serve a hearty breakfast buffet with a variety of options. The hotel is beautifully decorated with attention to detail.

One minor drawback is that the window curtains do not cover the entire window and may let in some light from the street.

The breakfast was good and there were a couple of complimentary things offered. the oatmeal was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. the location was great, close to the tram station and everything was walkable. the design of the room was perfect.

The hotel staff didn't take into consideration that it was my xmas night. They didn't have anything special in the room or a complimentary treat, which I found disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Good location, helpful in providing breakfast for early flights. Plenty of towels and toiletries. highly recommended.
