Our stay at the Northern Lights Village was absolutely exceptional. The cozy and comfortable cabin provided a perfect retreat after our adventuring in the winter wonderland. The wide windowed cabins were stunning, allowing us to admire the beauty of the snowy forest. We had the opportunity to witness the Northern Lights from the comfort of our bed, which was truly magical. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options. The staff was professional and always positive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend participating in the husky sledding activity, as it was the highlight of our stay. The whole trip exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return.

My partner and friends joined me to celebrate my 50th birthday at the Northern Lights Village. We had a fantastic stay for several nights. The cabins were cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The glass ceilings were enchanting, especially in the mornings. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, offering a variety of options including vegetarian dishes. The staff, especially Andrea at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The activities, such as downhill skiing and aurora hunting, made our days memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms had a defrost button on the glass. Sledding and playing with luggage were offered at reception. Buffet meals had good options. Reindeer ride was awesome. Used warm overalls during stay. Cabins had amazing star-gazing windows. Buzzer for Northern lights notification. Great activities and guides. Compact but spacious cabins with common lounge and all-day buffet. Helpful reception staff allowed early check-in and provided excellent food. Children's play area and sledging in grounds. Faultless and magical Search for Santa experience.

The atmosphere was charming and cozy. the cabin was clean, fresh, and had no light pollution, which made the views at night incredible. the WiFi and cellphone reception were excellent. the food was outstanding, fresh, and with a lot of variance. the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, always eager to assist with any request. the key location was excellent, with many winter activities and Saariselkä village nearby.

The signage was lacking coming in and out, causing ambiguity due to the snow. Some guests tended to be a bit loud and obnoxious, with poor respect for personal boundaries.
