Great location near the ferry service and not far from the city center. Super clean rooms and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options.

The ironing room was not equipped with a steam iron, which was quite puzzling. The housekeeping was below par, with the floor in the room never being wiped and bed clothing not arranged properly.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is very easy to walk to the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, such as Senate Square, Kamppi Chapel, Helsinki Cathedral, Tsarina's Stone, and Uspenskiy Cathedral. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a huge variety of options including many choices for vegetarians and vegans. We especially loved the separate milk station with different plant-based milks. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The lobby, breakfast, and bar were excellent. Taxis were always available, with great dining options and attractions within walking distance. As young people, we particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and convenient location for exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel just outside of the city center. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the dockside, making it convenient for catching a ferry. Additionally, the central market was within walking distance, allowing me to explore and indulge in some local treats. The staff members were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any request. They even went above and beyond by accommodating my early check-in request. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The in-room facilities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar, added extra comfort to my stay. I also appreciated the option of having meals in the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The spacious and clean rooms boast comfortable beds, lightning fast WIFI, and ample power sockets. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience. The breakfast spread is vast and sumptuous, sure to please even the most discriminating palate. Additionally, the hotel offers a gym, sauna, and a 24-hour reception, making sure guests are well taken care of.

Some guests have reported minor problems with the air conditioning, but it didn't detract from the overall stay.
