I had a great stay at the hotel with a lovely balcony room on the top floor. The view of the sea was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to the shopping mall, seaside market, and local restaurants. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. I also enjoyed the free use of the sauna on the B1 floor. I had a fantastic experience at Scandic Oulu City and would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location couldn't be better, as it was right in the heart of the city. Everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The Market Place, just next to the main square, was a highlight for me. The hotel's service was top-notch, with amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and even bicycle hire. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms tidy and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and even a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax in the comfortable armchair and take in the city views. this venue provided everything I needed for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality stay.

our recent honeymoon trip to oulu was made even more memorable by our stay at scandic. from the friendly staff to the centrally located hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. we especially loved the delicious breakfast options and the well-equipped fitness center.

Parking was not included and we weren't reminded about it.

The hotel was near all the important city attractions and restaurants. the breakfast had a variety of quality food. the room window had dark shades to have a good night's sleep.

The hotel charged more than expected without a clear explanation. There was a problem with the pre-paid room that resulted on no refund and a night spent in a sauna.
