Attentive staff at the hotel made our first evening in Italy memorable. The entire hotel was spotless and the breakfast room filled with morning sunshine. Our room was larger than many I've had in Europe and had a terrace to enjoy. The location was perfect for exploring the Cinque Terra and walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and marina. The market across the street was handy. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a lovely hotel in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and parking. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh pastries and cereals. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from our room.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

That some international TV channels were not available in the room, but this was a minor inconvenience that did not take away from our overall positive experience.
