I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location, right on the beach, was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk down to the sandy beach below whenever I wanted. The service at this place was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even made arrangements for me to get medicine for my allergies, which was a huge help. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and ironing facilities. The pool was fantastic, clean, and refreshing, and I loved spending time lounging by it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We recently stayed at Silver Palm in Kilifi for 5 days and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious ice tea they served us. The breakfast options were great throughout our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our two-year-old daughter had a blast interacting with the friendly and patient staff. We also enjoyed the variety of dinner options, especially the surprise teppanyaki night. The exceptional service from Linda, John, Peter, Michael, and the rest of the staff truly made our stay exceptional. The hotel had a beautiful property, a great pool, and a stunning view of the beach and ocean. It was the perfect place to relax.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right on the beach. I loved being able to step down from my room straight into the saltwater pool. The staff were attentive and friendly, always there to assist without hovering. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable.

Everything was fantastic.

The food and drinks were overpriced and had to be purchased separately at the beachside restaurant. It was a hassle having to constantly walk back and forth to get refreshments. the limited breakfast options were disappointing and the WiFi was unreliable, making it difficult to make audio and video calls. the distance from the Mombasa Airport added extra stress to the journey.

The beach at the hotel was not as clean or quiet as we had hoped. Due to regulations, private beaches are not allowed in Kenya, resulting in a crowded and less serene beach experience.

The hotel is modern, with huge rooms and amazing food. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom and bathtub were big. The pool was fantastic and the beach was like a postcard.

Spent Xmas in a cozy hotel on a quiet beach and absolutely enjoyed it. the check-in process was smooth and friendly, and the breakfast options were great. I loved the exceptional service from the staff; they were kind, patient, helpful, and friendly. the dinner options were different every day and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the Japanese cuisine on our last night. the hotel has a pool area with an amazing view of the ocean, which offers bar services. the rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious. the spa services were worth the treat.

Inconsistent water pressure and temperature were a bit of an inconvenience. Since it's a tourist area, the hotel could get crowded during peak season, and sometimes there were business conferences hosted which took away the peace and quiet ambience.

The ability to step down from my room directly into the salt water pool was a great feature. The staff were attentive and the room was well-maintained. The location on Bofa Road offers beautiful sea views and there are steps down to the beach. The pool is fantastic, especially if you book one of the Executive Suites with direct access. The staff are exceptionally friendly and the breakfast options are varied. the hotel offers a great variety of cocktails and the property provides a tranquil and quiet atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

The beach access is limited due to coral and waves, making it difficult to fully enjoy a beach holiday.
