We had a great stay at 1861! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and the whole hostel had a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast each morning was basic but good, with a variety of options like bread, cheese, cold cuts. They even accommodated my request for yogurt the next day. The hostel was clean and had excellent coffee. It was the perfect place to stay as a family, with kitchen facilities where we could cook our own meals and a bar where I could enjoy a beer while the kids hung out and played games.

We had an amazing experience at the hostel. The staff at 1861 were incredibly friendly, giving us a warm welcome and making us feel right at home. They even helped us improve our French, which was a bonus as we could only speak a few words when we arrived. The atmosphere was engaging, and the price for the facility and location was great. Access to the ski lifts was easy with a bus stop just 50 meters away, and the buses ran every 10 minutes. The breakfast was nice, but since the hostel had kitchen facilities, we brought our own food and cooked. However, we did try their burgers on the first night and loved them so much that we had them again on our last night. It was a fantastic place for our family to stay.
