Great view from the apartment and easy access to the city center and nearby restaurants. The staff at the tourist agency were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean.

We found the room to be quite small and the kitchen facilities were shared with multiple apartments, which made it difficult to use. The smell in the room and bathroom was unpleasant and made our clothes smell as well.

The property is conveniently located near the historic center and beaches, with a peaceful atmosphere. Toni, the host, was helpful and responsive. The air conditioning worked perfectly and multiple kettles were provided for tea. Parking inside the structure was a great advantage. The staff at the tourist agency in Umag was friendly and provided useful information. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The host gave great food recommendations and tips for exploring Umag. The tram stop outside the room made it easy to reach the old town and beautiful beaches.
