Great customer service from all staff members.

My stay was clouded by persistent noise from the metro, which was quite disruptive, especially in the morning. The layout of the shower next to the bed was awkward and not well thought out. Additionally, I found the communication regarding breakfast options lacking. it would have been nice to have more variety, as it felt repetitive during my stay.

The place was really clean and had a unique design, loved the shower in the bedroom! Staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Only a stone's throw from the metro, so getting around was a breeze!

The bathroom setup was a bit awkward, but it didn't ruin the vibes.
