I stayed at Hotel Acadia and had a great time exploring the city. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and a short walk to the metro station. Although there were no coffee/tea in the room, they provided delicious snacks and beverages on the ground floor. The room was clean, simple, and well worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a pleasant surprise. I would definitely book again and recommend to others.

The elevator in the hotel can be a bit loud when opening, especially if your room is located right next to it.

Liked the convenient location of the hotel, with several metro stops nearby for easy access to various parts of the city. The snacks available in the lobby were a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring the city. the staff were helpful and provided us with directions and assistance whenever we needed it.

Disliked the lack of proper amenities in the hotel. The room was not cleaned properly upon our arrival, with hairs all over the desk and a hairdryer that had a clump of hair stuck in it.

The breakfasts were okay, offering a reasonable selection of food. The location is great, with lots of eating and drinking spots in close proximity. The free pastries, teas and coffee at any of their city hotels from 14:00pm to 02:00am were a lifesaver.

The air conditioning during peak season only works above certain temperature, so outside of that time frame, the rooms get quite warm. The rooms were not very well equipped nor clean, making it difficult to feel comfortable while away on business.
