The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Another great aspect was the comfortable beds in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a cozy and relaxing bed.

One downside of this hotel was the lack of storage space in the rooms. There wasn't enough room to unpack and organize our belongings, which made the room feel cluttered.

The decor was fresh and bright, with lovely fabrics and colors that created a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated the availability of fresh lemon juice at the reception, a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it easy to get around, and having a lift was a pleasant surprise. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm weather, and I loved that the window in my room opened for fresh air, offering a stunning view of a beautiful building.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being so close to the train station and within walking distance of Bastille and Gare de Lyon metro stations. This made it easy to explore the city and even take boat trips on the Sane. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the double windows that kept the room quiet and the bathroom mirror that could connect to my phone's Bluetooth for playing music.

This hotel is excellently located close to centre, making it easy to access tourist areas via nearby good metro lines and a train station-very close to Gare de Lyon train station. The rooms may be small, but they are clean, cozy and well-lit with a large window and a good bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The free internet is a great plus.

The lift can be somewhat dangerous with heavy luggage.

For an overnight stay in what I consider a prime location, this hotel was perfect. It is near several main train lines, making transportation a breeze. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room had a flat screen TV with international channels. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast for an additional cost.
