The staff was friendly and the location offered convenient access to water sport facilities on site. The pool temperature was chilly, making it hard to enjoy.

i almost thought about giving a good review until i saw the filthy roads outside and experienced the spotty wifi in room 108. the pool looked so inviting in the photos but was basically for display only. as a guest, i expected a welcome drink or maybe a complimentary upgrade—was that too much to ask?

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to downtown with plenty of vibrant bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely kitchenette that fulfilled our needs perfectly.

this hotel has a great location! its super close to downtown and lots of nice restaurants around, which is amazin. Loved that the staff was super friendly and ready to help. they set up our transportation when we got there. the pool area was clean and nice to chill in, especially at night when the lights are on! also, the shower was nice and warm, a big deal for a long day out!

the wifi was really bad in our room so could not get work done there.

Pro tip, don’t count on sunbathing after 2 PM unless you like shadows!

During my stay, I encountered major issues with customer service. They promised a shuttle but when I arrived, there was none available. I was left to find a taxi, which was frustrating. The room was basic and the TV didn't work. The area was not close to the attractions, making it harder to explore.

Had a not-so-great experience at the resort. On the second day, I tried asking for tea at the outdoor seating but was told I had to be seated inside, with no cups in sight. Felt like they didn’t care at all about our comfort,, service was lacking. One of the few saving graces was the kindness of a couple of staff members I met who at least tried to help.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was just bearable with all these issues around.
