The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the choice of pillows. The hotel also had a wonderful view of the river and I was able to charge my electric vehicle overnight in the garage.

De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel, met twee comfortabele fauteuils om te ontspannen. De badkamer was natuurlijk ruim, met een goede douche. I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location is perfect, with stunning views looking over the river. It's situated on the banks of the river Oise, on the side opposite the old town, next to the Pont Neuf. The hotel itself feels extravagant, and the service is top-notch. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all excellent. I also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and pet amenities available. The hotel offers tours/ticket assistance, which was very convenient. The room amenities were also top-quality, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable space to relax. I also loved the fact that the rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition, as well as the garden furniture outside. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were of high quality and the hair dryer was a nice touch. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

The suite I had was beautiful with a spacious room, a lovely terrace overlooking the city, river, and bridge, and a huge comfortable bed. The spa area, although small, was a delightful surprise. I had the swimming pool all to myself and enjoyed the perfect-sized steam bath. The breakfast restaurant had a fantastic receptionist who made our morning delightful. The location by the river was wonderful, and all the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. The evening meal and breakfast were both excellent, and I appreciated being able to charge my electric vehicle in the garage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location overlooking the river was absolutely perfect, and the views were breathtaking. The room was luxurious and the bed was so comfortable.
