We loved the service, particularly the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The airport shuttle and tour ticket assistance were also very helpful. Our room was well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The bar/lounge area was a delightful place to enjoy the continental breakfast.

They even lent us an adapter for our laptop, which we had forgotten. The hotel has a secure storage room where we could leave our bags while we returned our rental car and had dinner. The room itself was clean and had a charming French vibe. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the best places in Saint Germain and downtown. The area felt safe and was well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had adjustable air conditioning.
