I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. From the cozy atmosphere to the roaring fires, everything was perfect. The location directly on the slopes and next to the main lifts made it incredibly convenient for skiing. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Altapura. The hotel's location right next to the slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing, and the ski shop staff were very helpful with fitting us for new gear. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and varied, with freshly cooked eggs, fluffy croissants, and perfect steaks. We also appreciated the free hotel shuttle, which had minimal wait times. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for a high-quality ski holiday.

We had an amazing time at this hotel, located right by the many ski lifts of the three valleys. The convenience of being direct on the slopes made our skiing experience hassle-free. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always accommodating and friendly. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The facilities, such as the spa and outdoor pool, added a touch of luxury to our stay.

We did find that the prices at the bar were a bit steep.

Had an enjoyable stay during the new year's eve holiday. The ski-in/ski-out option was convenient for us as we saved time in commuting and had more time to enjoy skiing. The dinner buffet had a decent variety of dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the spa facilities as it was a nice way to relax after a day on the slopes.

The room was quite stuffy and we had difficulties sleeping because of it. The constant loud music playing in the public areas was also distracting and made it challenging to find a peaceful spot to relax.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The buffet restaurant had delicious food and the cooking staff were the friendliest ever. The location was fabulous, with easy ski in/ski out access and a beautiful view from our room. The spa and outdoor pool were small but enjoyable, and the ski room had direct access to the slopes.

This hotel is incredibly luxurious. The exclusive amenities were exceptional and fulfilled all of my needs. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was of great quality. I had a massage in the Spa & wellness centre and it was absolutely fantastic, definitely a highlight of my stay. The heated swimming pool and sauna were also noteworthy and contributed to my overall relaxing experience. The location advantages and easy ski access were a definite plus.

The only negative aspect I experienced was that the Jacuzzi was out of order during my stay. Other than that, the spa area was fantastic.
