We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and provided us with a helpful itinerary and recommendations for exploring the area. Our room had a lovely little terrace where we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location was great, allowing us to easily visit the local attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The reception closed quite early, and there was no elevator in the hotel, which made it a bit of a climb to our room on the top floor. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the top of the hill overlooking the old town of Rocamadour. It was a short walk to the historic center and we had direct access to restaurants and shops. The hotel offered free parking, which was really convenient for us. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the city and even giving us discount cards for nearby attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local produce.

Great location, close to all the main attractions and sights. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a tiring day of exploring.

The lack of a vending machine, as the shops in the area closed quite early. It would have been convenient to have a snack or drink available without having to venture out.

During our Christmas stay, we liked the helpful staff who went out of their way to provide excellent service. They were friendly and provided useful information about visiting the area. the private terrace in our room was brilliant and provided a nice area to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There were a few negatives to our experience. the noise from the kitchen above our room was bothersome, especially late at night.

There were some issues during our stay. we had requested a room on the ground floor due to a mobility issue, but upon arrival, we were told that there were no available rooms on the ground floor.
