Great location, easy access to the old town and train station. Well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso machine and nearby boutique. Comfortable bed with good support. Friendly and helpful staff. Chocolates on the door knob as a nice touch. Able to change and shower after check-out.

Limited direct lift access, could be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Small bathroom may pose a challenge for taller or sturdier individuals.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment at Aparthotel Ammi Nice Massena - Ex Ajoupa. The two airconditioners provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the well-equipped kitchenette was a convenient feature. The location was fantastic, with easy access to supermarkets, the beach, and transportation options. The staff was exceptionally helpful and provided us with useful suggestions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nice.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and walking distance to the waterfront. the room was well-equipped, with a fridge and the option to cook if needed, although I didn't use it. - the staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions and recommendations for things to do.

The rooms were a bit small, even after being upgraded to a suite due to a water leak. the staff were accommodating and moved us, but the size was still on the smaller side.

I had the pleasure of staying at Aparthotel Ammi Nice Massena, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from Place Massena. My room was small but functional, with a charming balcony that overlooked the charming rooftops of Nice. I loved sipping on a glass of wine while observing the vibrant street below.

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone, surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the perfect location, right in the center with easy access to restaurants and bus stops. The Studio had everything we needed, and being on the upper floors gave us a true "French" experience. We weren't bothered by street noise at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Limited soundproofing between rooms. Issues with the lift, had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs upon arrival.

The kitchenette was incredibly well-equipped and even better than some gites we've stayed in. the location on Rue Massena was absolutely perfect, with the beach and Cours Saleya just a short and easy walk away.

The apartment and building could use some renovation as they seemed a bit worn down. the lack of soundproofing on the door to the corridor meant that we could hear everyone coming and going, which was a bit bothersome.

I recently stayed at Aparthotel Ammi in Nice for a week with my family. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, city center, and other facilities. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, perfect for our family of four. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with a free umbrella and beach mattress. Additionally, the hotel has a private beach with discounted prices.
