Limited direct lift access, could be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Small bathroom may pose a challenge for taller or sturdier individuals.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment at Aparthotel Ammi Nice Massena - Ex Ajoupa. The two airconditioners provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the well-equipped kitchenette was a convenient feature. The location was fantastic, with easy access to supermarkets, the beach, and transportation options. The staff was exceptionally helpful and provided us with useful suggestions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nice.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and walking distance to the waterfront. The room was well-equipped, with a fridge and the option to cook if needed, although I didn't use it.- The staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions and recommendations for things to do.

The rooms were a bit small, even after being upgraded to a suite due to a water leak. The staff were accommodating and moved us, but the size was still on the smaller side.

My room was small but functional, with a charming balcony that overlooked the charming rooftops of Nice. I loved sipping on a glass of wine while observing the vibrant street below.

the perfect location, right in the center with easy access to restaurants and bus stops. The Studio had everything we needed, and being on the upper floors gave us a true "French" experience. We weren't bothered by street noise at all. Would definitely stay there again.

The kitchenette was incredibly well-equipped and even better than some gites we've stayed in. The location on Rue Massena was absolutely perfect, with the beach and Cours Saleya just a short and easy walk away. the air conditioning was like a weapon against the hot weather, and the little balcony added a lovely touch to our stay.

The apartment and building could use some renovation as they seemed a bit worn down. The lack of soundproofing on the door to the corridor meant that we could hear everyone coming and going, which was a bit bothersome.

They even provided us with a free umbrella and beach mattress. Additionally, the hotel has a private beach with discounted prices.
