The hotel is conveniently located on a lively street with plenty of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the sun terrace. Our room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen tv, a mini-bar, and air conditioning. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with room service, tours, and a shuttle service to the airport. We highly recommend this venue for anyone visiting this area.

The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a very comfy bed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the pool was a refreshing oasis on hot days.

We stayed in a fantastic hotel in a residential area close to the metro. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus from the airport and it takes just a few minutes to reach the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with wonderful facilities like soundproof windows and a cozy bed. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool and bar area.

sercotel exceeded my expectations once again during my overnight stay in madrid. the modern room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like apples and chocolates. the staff efficiently arranged my airport transfer and the breakfast was delicious. highly recommended!
