Our stay at Appart'City was fantastic! We were amazed by the spacious and well-equipped apartment, perfect for our family of five. The kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, freezer, and cooker was a great bonus. The staff at reception were extremely welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, close to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros of our stay were the central location, calm atmosphere, and modern, well-equipped, and clean room/kitchenette. The friendly staff went above and beyond by sending us the door- and safe code by SMS for our late arrival. The internet worked perfectly in the room all week, making staying connected a breeze. The knowledgeable receptionist provided excellent service, and we were pleased to find a disabled parking space right outside. The abundance of nearby restaurants and the variety offered for breakfast were impressive. We also enjoyed the private patio outside our room, perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The price was great for what we received, and the bed was comfortable. a fantastic experience with all the necessary facilities provided.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in the center of Niort. We were within walking distance of the city square and had easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. The room itself was fairly spacious and had a convenient kitchenette-in-a-cupboard facility. The bathroom was large and clean, providing all the necessary amenities.

The reception hours were a bit inconvenient, with limited service after 5pm and the need to phone a French number for a room key code.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, in the heart of the city which made it easy to explore the local area. the fact that the apartment also had a private outside area was a great bonus.

The air conditioning controls were not explained which resulted in the temperature being too hot at times, and the outside noise could be an issue for light sleepers. It would also have been helpful if there was an emergency phone number provided for out of hours assistance.

I was in the city for a weekend getaway and the hotel's location was perfect, just a minute away from Place de la Brèche. The apartment was well-furnished, with a bathroom and a small kitchenette that had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my late arrival smooth and hassle-free. The secured car park nearby was a great convenience, and the facilities in the room, including the outside area, were excellent. a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience at Appart'City in Niort! The location was perfect, just a minute away from Place de la Brèche and very close to the city center. The apartment was well-priced for such a convenient location. It was fully furnished with a bathroom and a small kitchenette equipped with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my late arrival smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the secure car park that was available nearby. it was a fantastic stay!
