Despite the negative experience, the only positive thing I can say is that I was relieved to finally leave the hotel when it was time to check out. the bed was somewhat comfortable, but the pillows were lumpy and not up to standard. Other than that, there really isn't much else positive to say about my stay at this hotel.

The noise from the nearby motorway was unbearable and made it really difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room I was given on the ground floor was outdated and had a bathroom that looked like something out of a hospital for disabled people.

My stay at Best Western was fantastic! We stayed for two nights and the room was spacious with two chairs and a window that we could open. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the car parking on site was easy and safe. I especially appreciated the 'take away' breakfast service, which provided great value. Despite a small initial mix-up with the bed, the staff quickly resolved it and I had a restful sleep for the remainder of my stay. The breakfasts were delicious, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location near the M1 was convenient, yet the room was double glazed so there was no motorway noise. The on-site restaurant also served tasty, freshly cooked food.

The hotel is located just one junction up the M1 from the airport, making it super convenient for travelers. The restaurant across the way, called "The Grill," offers excellent food that you can easily take back to your room for enjoyment. Additionally, the friendly and caring staff make your stay a pleasant one, always going the extra mile to ensure your needs are met.

It is a shame that the hotel lacks a lounge area with a bar. It would have been nice to have a place to unwind with others before retiring to our own rooms.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and we were impressed by the festive atmosphere created. the breakfast buffet was impressive with an array of dishes on offer, perfect for a Christmas morning. Plus, they had a warm fireplace which added to the cozy feeling. the boys also enjoyed playing in the snow outside due to its proximity to the highway and a beautiful park nearby.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, we found some leftover food in our drawers. the beds were too firm for our liking and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
