We had a fabulous experience at a small hotel in the heart of the city center. The owners welcomed us warmly and even helped us with parking arrangements. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely bedding. The hotel was spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this Citotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vichy. the location was superb. It was close to everything - the town centre, the main attractions, and just outside the bustling shopping areas. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were impeccable. The bathroom was the best we had encountered during our three weeks of travel, with an excellent shower. The added bonus of having a terrace was a delightful surprise. Oh, and let's not forget the delicious breakfast with eggs prepared on the spot.

All in all, everything was just perfect.

The owners are outstandingly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean with attention to detail. The location of the hotel was very central, making it easy to access all the main attractions. the staff were very helpful and welcoming, with great English language skills. the cleanliness of the room was notable, and the bathroom facilities were up-to-date and well-maintained. Breakfast was served in a charming garden room and had an excellent range of options.

The room was on the smaller side, which could be a problem for travelers with larger suitcases.
