We had a fabulous experience at a small hotel in the heart of the city center. The owners welcomed us warmly and even helped us with parking arrangements. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and the beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely bedding. The hotel was spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this Citotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vichy. the location was superb. It was close to everything - the town centre, the main attractions, and just outside the bustling shopping areas. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were impeccable. The bathroom was the best we had encountered during our three weeks of travel, with an excellent shower. The added bonus of having a terrace was a delightful surprise. Oh, and let's not forget the delicious breakfast with eggs prepared on the spot.

All in all, everything was just perfect.

The Arverna Cit'Hotel Vichy is a perfect 10! Wonderful interior, great beds, attentive staff, dog-friendly, and great location. The owners are outstandingly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean with attention to detail. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices.
