At this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the room size was perfect for two people and the cleanliness was superb. I also appreciated the great shower with plenty of hot water. Secondly, the staff, particularly Dianne at the front desk, were lovely and very helpful. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the malls and supermarkets, and just on the outskirts of Makati CBD.

The only minor setback was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room.

They went above and beyond to assist us, even when we accidentally entered the wrong room. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with amenities like a kettle and fridge. the hot shower was a definite plus, especially after a heavy shower outside. the location was convenient, with a craft beer bar nearby for a nice dinner. a great find and excellent value for money.

Special shoutout to Jude, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me with a check-in issue and even sorted out getting me a local SIM card. Thalia was also amazing, providing great service throughout my stay.
