We absolutely loved the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who made us feel right at home. The hotel's garden view from our room was a real treat, and the proximity to the railway station was so convenient for our trip to Nice.

the reception was smooth, and the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the hotel is nestled in a peaceful street just outside the city walls, providing a serene and quiet environment. I particularly enjoyed the romantic garden where breakfast was served, and I even had the chance to sip a bottle of wine purchased from the reception. the spacious bedroom had lovely wooden furniture, a comfortable bed, and French windows that opened up to a stunning view of the garden. the hotel is conveniently located near the tram route and within walking distance of the older parts of the city.

I stayed in a family room which had a double-bed room and two single-beds room, perfect for my needs. the breakfast served in the wonderful garden was simple but satisfying. the staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome. I found the hotel to be excellent for its 2-star rating and would definitely prefer to stay there again. A great value for money option, especially compared to chain hotels.

We stayed at Au Saint Roch - Hotel Et Jardin for a few nights during our visit to the area. The room was clean and tidy, and although the bathroom was a bit tired, it was still clean and functional. The buffet breakfast was simple but tasty, and they even brought fresh bread and pastries to our table. The location, just outside the city walls, was perfect for exploring and the staff were incredibly sweet towards our dog. Adding her to our room was a small fee, but well worth it for the pet-friendly atmosphere.

the hotel exceeded my expectations. after a previous stay in avignon, i was blown away by the charm and comfort of au saint roch. the hosts were charming and the room was large and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden. the location was perfect for exploring the old city. highly recommend!
