The staff at Rain Forest Hotel were extremely helpful and provided great advice about the free bus service in KL called GoKL, which was a huge help in getting around town for free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Petaling Street and the central bus and monorail station was fantastic. The newly renovated bathroom was also a plus.

I stayed at the Rain Forest Hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Kuala Lumpur. The location was perfect, close to train stations, buses, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel provided free cold water on each floor, which was a nice touch. The Aircon worked great, and the showers had the option for hot water. The bathrooms were always clean, and the highlight was the garden outside the 3rd floor, which felt like a mini rainforest.

I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Rain Forest. The location in Chinatown was perfect, with lots of delicious food options nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always available and ready to assist. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, toaster, fridge, and drinking water. The air conditioning worked really well, and when we had an issue with the window in our room, they promptly offered us alternative rooms to choose from. The shared showers and toilets were cleaned daily, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Pasar Seni metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The location of Rain Forest Hotel was excellent. It's situated right next to a bustling street market that operates day and night. There are also interesting temples nearby to explore. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early for free. The facilities were well-maintained, with plenty of water dispensers available. The hot water and AC worked perfectly fine. The reception also provided accurate advice on traveling to the airport. We were even able to leave our luggage after check-out without any issues. The Wi-Fi was adequate for our needs.

The location of Rain Forest Hotel is perfect for exploring Petaling Street and other tourist spots in KL. It is also conveniently close to food stalls. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel provides a comfortable stay at excellent value for money. I would choose Rain Forest again when I visit KL.

I stayed at Rain Forest for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience. Arriving at 10 pm, we were swiftly checked in within 5 minutes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were kind and always helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Petaling and LRT/MRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. a great place to stay if visiting KL again.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled between the vibrant neighborhoods of Chinatown and the best pubs in town. The unique tree-printed walls in each room created a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The staff was super kind and always ready to assist. I loved the ease of access to public transportation, including the REX. Plus, there were so many delicious food options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a different and enjoyable experience.
