The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is easy to walk to the old city center. Being so close to the center of town makes it convenient for exploring and sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel is situated near the station, which can be convenient for travelers arriving by train.

The prepaid payment process can be confusing and frustrating, as some guests have experienced double charges and poor explanations from the management.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at Avignon Grand Hotel. The location was ideal, just outside the old town and near many tourist attractions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel staff provided helpful tips on local attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

the Grand hotel provided an underground car park and reasonable rates. It was conveniently located opposite the old city walls, allowing for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the center. the lobby bar was nice and our room was fabulous. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the courtyard. We also appreciated the convenient lock-up room for our bicycles. the breakfast was enjoyable, with good seating, views, ambience, and well-laid-out food.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was extremely pleased with my experience. the location couldn't be better. It is conveniently situated just outside the ancient city walls, and is just across the road from the city center. This made it very easy for me to explore the area and visit all the main attractions. Additionally, the hotel is only a short walk from the railway station, which was perfect for me as a traveler.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided truly made my stay here memorable.

the hotel was wonderfully located and easily accessible by car, making it the perfect base for exploring Avignon and the Provence region. The Grand Hotel in Avignon is a great place to stay. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with french windows and a comfy lounge area. I loved the convenience of having a fridge in the room, as well as a good shower and plenty of towels. the staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast room was also spacious and the breakfast itself was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during our stopover from Switzerland to Barcelona.

The rooms were quite spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage space. the pool was a nice addition and we were able to enjoy it without any crowds. the location was great and within easy walking distance to the main attractions.

There were quite a few negatives as well. the mattresses were uncomfortable and the rooms could use some updating.

Stayed at a fantastic location in the heart of the city. The staff was helpful and accommodating, despite our limited French. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Parking was convenient too.
