had a wonderful weekend getaway in bordeaux and stayed at this amazing hotel. the check-in experience was top-notch, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. the interior design was impressive and the rooftop pool was beautiful. loved the proximity to restaurants and cafes, and the tram made it easy to explore the city. highly recommended!

Rooftop terrace for dinner had an unexpected charge.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a food market right next door offering a wide variety of tasty options. The tram station just outside made it incredibly convenient to explore the lively center. The attentive staff took charge of my check-in and check-out, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with stunning views.

Wow, what an amazing place! the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible with so many choices, including fresh fruit juice and flavoured water. the swimming pool was so relaxing and the terrace was beautiful. Plus, the location was great, with easy access to the tram that took us to the city centre in no time.

That the internet was incredibly slow and we had to pay extra for better service. Another thing was that some of the staff didn't pay enough attention to our coffee and milk needs in the room.

The rooftop bar at Renaissance was absolutely lovely. The ambiance was perfect and the views were breathtaking. I enjoyed sipping on my favorite cocktail while taking in the beautiful scenery. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to the wine museum and a fabulous gourmet food market right across the street. I had a delightful experience at Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel.
