During our stay at Balthazar Hotel & Spa, we were impressed by the attention to detail and overall ambiance of the hotel. The modern and comfortable design made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the small surprises, like the NUX spa and pool, where we were able to relax in privacy. The breakfast offered was exceptional and provided great value for the price. The staff, especially the breakfast room attendants, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic amenities and excellent service.

The Balthazar exceeded our expectations in every way. the hotel, part of the Mgallery collection, offers wonderful rooms with great design and excellent service. the breakfast and restaurant were top-notch, leaving nothing to be desired. Despite not having time to use the spa, we appreciated its presence in the city center. the Wi-Fi worked well, valet parking was easy, and the soundproofing was impressive. the lobby and hotel overall were beautifully decorated. the staff even went out of their way to inform us about the temporarily outage of the air conditioning and provided a fan in our room.

The hotel decoration is cozy and warm with a modern style. The breakfast is really good, especially the omelet with bacon. The staff has good service mind. The room has a balcony for fresh air. The minibar is free. Guests can use the hotel's Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna for free for one hour. The hotel also sells swimming suits. The limited number of guests using these facilities is a plus.

the Mgallery hotel in this beautiful city was a breath of fresh air. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was easy and enjoyable. the hotel itself is brand new, beautifully decorated, and furnished with sleek and modern designs. the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. the highlight of my stay was the amazing Asian-inspired bathroom with a fantastic rainfall shower. the restaurant served the best meal my husband and I have ever had, and the location in the city center was perfect. I can't wait to stay here again.

We had a great stay in a modern boutique hotel in a central location with easy access to the metro. The room and bathroom were beautifully appointed and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel special and welcoming us warmly. The breakfast was outstanding with a variety of dishes cooked to order. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the extra amenities provided. The hotel's proximity to a small indoor shopping centre was convenient for us.

The service at the bar could be improved, as the rates were quite high compared to other fine star hotels.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The stay during Christmas at this hotel was amazing. there was complimentary hot chocolate which was perfect for the season. the hotel's ideal location made it easy to explore the city's restaurants, shops, and attractions. Another advantage was the cozy fire in the lobby, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day out in the cold.

There were a couple of downsides. the room lacked an extra blanket, and despite repeated requests, we were not given one.

the in-room breakfast was excellent and made up for the pricey restaurant offerings. this hotel was a fantastic choice for those seeking a luxurious stay with excellent amenities.
