Upon arrival, the friendly staff made me feel at home, and our spacious room had a delightful touch of Venetian decor. Breakfast was a cozy experience, complete with local recommendations. Plus, being so close to authentic bars and restaurants made exploring a joy.

However, the shower could be tricky, switching from hot to cold without warning. And while breakfast was lovely, I wished for a bit more variety. Also, finding the hotel initially was a challenge after the water taxi drop-off.

We had a lovely two-night stay in a dog-friendly place. The location is perfect, with charming shops and restaurants nearby. The room we ended up in was way better than the first—much more like the pictures!

The shower had more mood swings than a soap opera—either scalding or freezing! Also, lugging our bags up the stairs felt like we were training for the Olympics!

The rooms were spacious, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. We really appreciated the support when our little one fell ill. they helped arrange for a pediatrician to visit us!

The location is brilliant, just a short walk to St Mark's Square! Welcoming staff were super helpful with recommendations and organizing our trip to Murano. Breakfast was good but started a bit late for our taste.

Great location on a lovely canal, just steps from all the sights without the crowds. Our room was elegant, and we had a complimentary water taxi to a glass-blowing factory, which was an absolute delight!

However, no lift meant I was competing with my mum for breath while lugging our bags up the stairs. Talk about a quick cardio session!
