The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is easy to walk to the city center and the Christmas Markets. It is situated in a quiet area only a few minutes from the "old town". Additionally, the staff at reception were very attentive and helpful, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice for a quick cuppa.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast options were decent and the outdoor seating area was lovely. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

The location was not ideal as it was quite far from the city center and public transportation was difficult to navigate. the hotel lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning and a working shower.
