We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right on the main street close to all important places. It was great being so close to the train station, beach, and old town. Plus, the fact that the hotel is situated on a street where no cars are allowed created a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The staff was outstanding, especially Malika in the restaurant. She was very professional, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. The service throughout the entire hotel, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. We loved the room amenities, such as the heating, air conditioning, and the mini-bar. The room itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and lovely decorations. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh food, we enjoyed the croissants and coffee. The hotel was in a great location, close to many bars and restaurants, and it was easy to walk to the main sights. The bed was big and comfortable.

The hotel needs a refurbishment, the rooms were old and dirty, we even had a filthy cot given to us. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and the shower over the bath was a disaster as the screen did not keep the water in, future guests be warned that the bathroom has low ceilings and is not suitable for tall people.

I couldn't have found a better hotel for my trip with my teenage son. The staff at Best Western were so helpful to him when he emailed the hotel to inform them of our arrival on my birthday. They went above and beyond by arranging a special treat for me and giving us a lovely room at the front with a view of the main Avenue. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a friendly and diligent lady who kept everything well-stocked and clean. All the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station.
