Huge, clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms spacious, clean, and fully functional. Late check-in option with restaurant opened for late arrivals. Silent rooms, great sleep. Heated swimming pool, perfect for winter stay. Quick walk to shops. Superb entertainment team. Varied, delicious food. Clean, heated pools. Brilliant staff and kids' club. Windy area, but not a problem with heated kids' pool.

We loved the amazing beach and the easy access to explore the beautiful places nearby. The rooms were always clean and we appreciated the fresh bottle of water every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they organized great programs and entertainment at night. The food and service were top-notch, with a good selection of delicious cuisine. we felt like we were experiencing 5-star luxury without breaking the bank.

The only suggestion we have is for the staff at the pool bar to smile a bit more. But aside from that, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There was a children's water park, playground, and animation to keep them entertained. the pool had a convenient entrance and there were representatives from travel companies to help us choose nearby excursions. the beach was beautiful with white sand and clean water. We even spotted bright parrots and small chipmunks on our way to the old lighthouse.

We had a great experience at this hotel. the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We were pleased with our ground floor room near the pool, which made it convenient for all the facilities. the food was good with plenty of choice, satisfying our expectations. We booked in advance and got a fantastic deal on the all-inclusive package, offering great value for money. the staff was helpful and pleasant, and the overall level of cleanliness was high. Parking was affordable, and we found alternative parking on the quiet road outside. the hotel also offered towel hire for the pool at a reasonable price. We didn't use the gym or spa treatments, but we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the location right by the beach was perfect for morning walks and watching the sunrise. the two pools were well maintained and offered plenty of options for lounging in the sun. the food was great - always fresh and delicious. the drinks selection was a nice surprise, with a variety of drinks to choose from. We loved the evening entertainment, especially the live music on Christmas Eve.

The room could use some updating and the bathroom towels were a bit thin and worn out. the staff was friendly but didn't always seem proactive.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a resort in Morro Jable. the hotel, with its stunning premises, was a sight to behold. the beautifully maintained garden and the pool area were simply fantastic. One highlight of my stay was the warm water in the swimming pool, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. the buffet served at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely amazing. They had a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including fresh seafood and delicious Spanish specialties that reminded me of tapas bars. the staff, especially in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and provided great service. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning in the future.
