We enjoyed the delicious food offered during dinner, especially the fillet steak and roast leg of lamb. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the chair lifts and a short walk to the town center.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. some communal areas such as the toilets were not as clean as they could have been.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and well-insulated, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast and dinner included in our rate exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious food. The bar area had games available, perfect for some fun in the evenings. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't stay longer

I recently stayed at Alpen Roc for a skiing trip and had an amazing time. The rooms were a bit tired, but they had an incredible view. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of options and drinks were always available. The pool may have been small, but it was perfectly warm. The best part was the pleasant surprise of the all-inclusive package we received.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was close to the ski lifts, making it really convenient for us to hit the slopes. The rooms on the upper floors provided us with a lovely mountain view, especially from the balcony. The modern bedrooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat, with a superb view of the mountains included.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we didn't have any major issues.

As young families, we loved the convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and ski lifts. Leaving our skis and boots at the hire shop made our stay hassle-free. The all-inclusive package had drinks available all day and the food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the sunny restaurant balcony for afternoon drinks, and the pool area was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and service-oriented, providing a great overall experience.
