I had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and good lighting. The facilities were small but in good working order, and I appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the room. The location was perfect, close to the train station and a large shopping mall. a great experience.

The room was larger and newer than expected. Despite being on the street, it was quiet and private. Le Petite Breakfast was sufficient. Great location for sightseeing and dining on Rue de Merciere. Friendly staff.

The rooms are clean and the staff provides outstanding customer service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and there are complimentary facilities such as tea/coffee, mini bar, and toiletries.

Some of the furniture in the room is old-fashioned and worn out.

During our recent trip to Lyon, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel located near Part Dieu train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge and air conditioning. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us, providing us with a map and helpful information about nearby attractions. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the city center and Les Halles Paul Bocuse. We truly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
