We had a fantastic stay at a wonderful retreat nestled in a nature reserve just off the motorway. The idyllic setting, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent meals at the restaurant, and the bonus swimming pool made our stay truly enjoyable. The enjoyable walks and amazing wildlife on the golf course added to the overall experience. We've been coming here for years and love the atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very pet-friendly hotel, staff were accommodating and reserved a table for us in the restaurant where our dogs could sit quietly under the table. Spacious room with separate sitting room and bathroom, perfect for a comfortable stay. Beautiful grounds and lots of nice places to walk a dog. Close proximity to a beach and forest areas for exploring. English-speaking staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

There is also a lovely heated swimming pool set in a conservatory on the hotel grounds, perfect for relaxation.

The staff could have been more attentive, as some guests reported a lack of English spoken and a snobbish attitude from certain members of the dinner staff.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to assist us with our dinner reservation, even though they were fully booked. the pool was also a great feature of the hotel, providing a relaxing area to sunbathe and cool off on a warm day. the hotel offered electric car charging points, which was a convenient amenity for those with electric vehicles.

The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room itself was spacious and well-decorated, but the lack of cool air made it uncomfortable, especially during the warm weather.

Spa was great, with friendly and helpful staff. the facilities were amazing and very peaceful and relaxing. Loved the fact that there was free and easy parking available, making it convenient for guests with cars. the staff went out of their way to make dinner for me when I arrived late, which was a nice gesture.

The hotel itself was not as beautiful as the pictures online, and there were other nearby hotels that had a more charming chateau-style architecture. the staff in the restaurant for dinner were not friendly or knowledgeable, and the service was lacking.

The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, with enough room for us to spread out and relax. the location was convenient for a stopover during our journey, and the parking was plentiful.

The value for money was excellent, with quality facilities and a separate floor in our family room. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful walking areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially the receptionist and the bar/dining staff. a great experience worth recommending.

had a great stay in rouilly-sacey, and this hotel exceeded expectations. loved the spacious rooms, excellent meals, and the bonus of a swimming pool. the walks and wildlife on the golf course were amazing. can't wait to come back!
