Had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the rooms were beautifully designed and spotless. the location was unbeatable, with the beach just a stone's throw away. We loved the selection of shops and eateries nearby that made our stay even more convenient. the rates were very reasonable, giving us great value for our money.

While the room was spacious and clean, it could benefit from additional furniture to make it feel more cozy and complete. the hallway carpet leading to the room was in need of replacement, as it appeared stained and dirty.

staying at uh suite the haeundae was a fantastic experience! the unique onsen suite was perfect for my family, and the complimentary laundry services were a pleasant surprise. the location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and traditional markets. the rooms were contemporary and spacious, with universal outlets and excellent wifi.
