The free drinks upon check-in were a nice touch, and the staff was really helpful. the hotel is situated in a good area, close to some great attractions and public transport. What stood out to me the most was the complimentary breakfast served each morning – it was by far the best part of our stay!

The air conditioning was not working at all during our stay and, combined with the heatwave outside, staying in the room felt like being inside an oven! It was impossible to get any sleep in the sweltering heat, which ruined our experience completely.

As a young family, we absolutely loved the secluded garden and pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time together. The staff, particularly Bastien, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful local information and offering great advice. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a fantastic selection of traditional French bread and fresh fruit.

I've stayed at Best Western Plus Le Lavarin multiple times, and I absolutely love it. the location is perfect for exploring nearby touristic sites, and the bus service to the city is convenient. the facilities are modern and clean, and the secure free parking is a huge plus. the staff, from reception to breakfast service to house cleaning, are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they can speak several languages. it's definitely a great value hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western. the room was spacious and modern, with tasteful furnishings and all the necessary amenities. the free parking and swimming pool were great perks. the staff, especially Yann at the front desk, provided excellent service and were very helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive away from the TGV station and the old town.

The management and staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible - they made us feel right at home! Patricia, Novi, and Bastian are amazing and deserve all the credit for their exceptional service. The tranquility of the pool area is breathtaking, and they even provide shades for extra comfort. Getting into the city center is a breeze with the well-maintained and efficient bus service that practically stops right outside the hotel, or you can easily grab a taxi. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, with the croissants being a standout. And if you're looking for a cozy night in, their room service is top-notch - although we must thank Simon for his tremendous effort in delivering our trays! There are plenty of restaurants to explore in Avignon, but "Le Petite Peche" and "L'Epicerie" were true highlights for us. We cannot wait to return to this charming place and its wonderful people. The only thing we would suggest is the addition of a spa - over to you!

Stayed for a week and every single staff member I encountered was amazing. From the receptionist to the waiters and waitresses and cleaning staff, they were all friendly and professional. the hotel is a credit to Best Western. Loved the pool, gym, restaurant, and bar. Great secure car park and comfortable beds. I would without a doubt stay here again.
